At Snakes & Ladders, we are deeply grateful for the support we receive from our community. All donations help us continue our mission to prevent gang crime and empower young people. Because donations are used quickly to fund our programs, we have the following refund policy:

 

1. Donation Refunds

• Donations are generally non-refundable.

• However, if you donated in error (for example, you donated the wrong amount or donated accidentally), please contact us within 14 days of the donation date.

• We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

 

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at:

Please include:

• Your full name

• The date and amount of your donation

• A brief explanation of why you’re requesting a refund

We aim to respond to refund requests within 5 working days.

3. Processing Refunds

• Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method (e.g., the same credit/debit card or bank account).

• Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

4. Errors by Snakes & Ladders

If an error is made by Snakes & Ladders (for example, double charging your donation), we will correct it immediately and issue a full refund.
